A Solemn Mass of Consecration was celebrated at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Light, concelebrated by twelve priests, where Guadalupe Nava as Mayoress of Salvatierra, consecrated the city to the Two Hearts. Commissioner Jose Refugio Tavares consecrated the Department of Public Security, Transit and Transportation of the city and Jose Manuel Ramirez consecrated the Sub-Department of Roads and Public Transportation of the city.Likewise, the 650 attendees made their initial consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
