Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
I ………give and consecrate myself to the Sacred Heart of our Lord Jesus Christ, I offer up my person and my life, my actions, pains and sufferings, so that I may be unwilling to make use of any part of my being other than to honor, love and glorify the Sacred Heart. This is my unchanging purpose, namely, to be all His, and to do all things for the love of Him, at the same time renouncing with all my heart whatever is displeasing to Him. I therefore take You, O Sacred Heart, to be the only object of my love, the guardian of my life, my assurance of salvation, the remedy of my weakness and inconstancy, the atonement for all the faults of my life and my sure refuge at the hour of death. Be then, O Heart of goodness, my justification before God the Father, and turn away from me the strokes of his righteous anger. O Heart of love, I put all my confidence in You, for I fear everything from my own wickedness and frailty, but I hope for all things from Your goodness and bounty. Remove from me all that can displease You or resist Your holy will; let your pure love imprint Your image so deeply upon my heart, that I shall never be able to forget You or to be separated from You. May I obtain from all Your loving kindness the grace of having my name written in Your Heart, for in You I desire to place all my happiness and glory, living and dying in bondage to You. Amén.

Immaculate Heart of Mary
Consecration to the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary
I…..consecrate myself to your Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart, most beloved daughter of the eternal Father; hail, Mary, most admirable mother of the Son; hail, Mary, most faithful spouse of the Holy Spirit; hail, Mary, Mother most dear, Lady most lovable, Queen most powerful! Hail, Mary, my joy, my glory, my heart and soul. You are all mine through God’s mercy, but I am all yours in justice. Yet I do not belong sufficiently to you, and so once again, as a slave who always belongs to his master, I give myself wholly to you, reserving nothing for myself or for others. If you still see anything in me that has not been given to you, please take it now. Make yourself completely owner of all my capabilities. Destroy in me everything that is displeasing to God. Uproot it and bring it to nothing. Implant in me all that you deem to be good; improve it and make it increase in me. May the light of your faith dispel the darkness of my mind! May your deep humility take the place of my pride. May your heavenly contemplation put an end to the distractions of my wandering imagination. May your continuous vision of God fill my memory with his presence. May the burning love of your heart inflame the coldness of mine. May your virtues take the place of my sins. May your merits be my adornment and make up for my unworthiness before God. Finally, most dearly beloved Mother, grant, if it be possible, that I may have no other spirit but yours to know Jesus and his divine will. May I have no soul but yours to praise and glorify the Lord. May I have no heart but yours to love God purely and ardently as you love him. Amen, so be it, to all you did upon earth; Amen, so be it, to all you are doing now in heaven; Amen, so be it, to all you are doing in my soul. In that way, you and you alone will fully glorify Jesus in me during all my life and throughout eternity. Amén.

Families
Consecration of the Family to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and to the Immaculate Heart of Mary
Most Holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, united in perfect love, as You look upon us with mercy and caring, we consecrate our hearts, our lives, our family to You. We know the beautiful example of your home in Nazareth was meant to be a model for each of our families. We hope to have, with your help, the unity and strong, enduring love You gave to one another. May our home be filled with joy. May sincere affection, patience, tolerance and mutual respect be freely given to all. May our prayers be filled with the needs of others, not just ourselves and may we always be close to your sacraments. Bless those who are present, as well as those who are absent, both the living and the dead; may peace be among us and when we are tested, grant us the Christian acceptance of God's will. Keep our family close to Your Hearts, may your special protection be with us always. Most Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, hear our prayers. Amén.
St. Joseph
Consecration to the Chaste Heart of St. Joseph
Guardian of virgins, and holy father Joseph, to whose faithful custody Christ Jesus, Innocence itself, and Mary, Virgin of virgins, were committed; I consecrate myself to Thy Honor and give myself to Thee, that Thou may always be my Father, my Protector, Friend and my Guide in the way of Salvation. Obtain for me a great purity of heart and a fervent Love of the interior life. I pray and beseech thee that, being preserved from all uncleanness, I may with spotless mind, pure heart, and chaste body, ever serve Jesus and Mary most chastely all the days of my life. After Thine example, may I do all my actions for The Greater Glory of God, in union with The Divine Heart of Jesus and The Immaculate Heart of Mary. And do Thou, O Blessed Saint Joseph, pray for me that I may share in The Peace and Joy of Thy Holy death and life. Amén.

God The Father
Consecration to God The Father
My Dearest Father, please accept this offering of myself, My body, mind, and soul: I praise You for Your Creation--All Your works and wonders. I thank You for giving me life and for all that You have done for me. I offer up to You all that You have so generously given to me. I am sincerely sorry for not knowing, loving, serving, and honoring You as I should. I embrace my inheritance as Your child, both the joy and the responsibilities. I give you my "Yes" so that I may be an instrument of Your Will. I pledge my fidelity and I ask for the grace of steadfastness and perseverance in my faith. Most loving, caring and merciful of Fathers, in Your Divine Presence, I sincerely proclaim my love for you; I give myself (and my family) to You; and I solemnly consecrate myself (and my family) to You, now and forever. Dearest Father, as Your child I ask: That You send Mary to guide me to Jesus, and that Jesus send me the Holy Spirit, so that they may all bring me to You. That You dwell with me and in me - a living temple prepared by Mary, dedicated by Jesus, and purified by Your Holy Spirit. That I will always be with You, and in You. That You permit me, as Your child, to be Your true and intimate friend--one who loves You above all things. And that You come for me when I die, to bring me home to You. I further ask You, Father, for the sake of all mankind: - To have mercy on all Your children - past, present, and future. - To bring peace to the world and to gather all Your children to Yourself. - And that Your Kingdom comes and Your Will is done on earth as it is in Heaven. Amén.
