82 people consecrated themselves this past December 13th at the Parish of Our Lady of Macarena. Among them were 35 children of ages 10 to 15, along with their parents and other elder parishioners. From the neighboring Parish of St. Thomas More 12 people attended to renew their consecration and 3 new people consecrated for the first time. The Mass was presided by Fr. Alejandro Fuquen, who convened the Mission to organize a great Parish consecration on May 2016. All of these people were previously prepared by members of the Mission from the Parish of St. Thomas More, who began to mission in other parishes of the Diocese of Fontibón at the request of Msgr. Juan Vicente Córdoba. Before the ceremony there was a procession through the streets of the Parish and it caused great interest in the people who in seeing them, joined them in prayer as they passed by.
