On December 10th, 2016 after a procession presided by His Excellency Monsignor Pierre-André Dumas, Bishop of the Diocese of L'Anse-A-Veau and Miragoâne to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Holy hour, and the Enthronement of the Relic Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe; Honorable Jude Brice, Mayor of the city of Paillant, consecrated the city and all its citizens to God the Father.
