FEAST OF OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE AT THE BASILICA OF THE NATIONAL VOWAfter several preparatory meetings Fr. José Fabián Camayo Jaramillo, the members of the Mission For the Love of God and the group of Guadalupan devotees organized, lived and celebrated the grand feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe.The preparation began on December 1st with the novena and culminated with the celebration of Her feast day on December 12th.Eucharistic Celebrations, processions, parades, dances and a gastronomic festival were prepared for all participating groups and faithful.On Sunday December 11th, from 8 am to 3 pm it was a complete delight of joy, love and devotion to the Mother of God. Schools, members of the Police and Armed Forces, several delegations as well as a very large group of devotees rendered their gratitude to “La Morenita”, Who always accompanies and looks after Her beloved children.
