On September 25th, Felipe Gomez visited the Youth Shelter Virgilio Guerrero, at the invitation of its directors. This institution receives young lawbreakers in order to guide them and inculcate new habits of life, both material and spiritual. With this purpose, the directors took advantage of Felipe’s visit to Ecuador, so he could share with this youth a message of faith and hope, not of reproach nor condemnation:“The point is not telling them they did nothing. No. They must assume their mistake, but they have every right to start over and change and what better way to do this than trusting in the Mercy of Jesus and Mary”. Felipe Gomez shared emotional moments, where innocence was mixed with faith and the desire to excel.
