FESTIVE EUCHARISTIC CELEBRATION OF THE 140TH ANNIVERSARY OF ECUADOR’S FIRST CONSECRATION

On June 27th at 11:00 hours, the commemorative Eucharist for the 140th anniversary of Ecuador’s First Consecration to the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary.The Holy Mass was presided by Msgr. Fausto Travez, Archbishop of Quito and President of the Ecuadorian Episcopal Conference and concelebrated by the Presbytery of the Archdiocese of Quito. At the Basilica of the National Vow, with the presence of 1,000 faithful, Msgr. Travez prayed so the Most Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary could lead the country’s destiny through paths of equality, justice, respect, responsibility and faith.
