First Communion of 30 children. Consecration of the Parish and of the Families of the faithful; Enthronement of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

The celebrations in honor to Our Lady of Guadalupe, 30 children received their First Communion at the Chapel of Saint Joseph in Cieneguilla, in the city of Lima. The mass was celebrated by Father Litman Rodriguez, parish priest of Most Precious Blood Church.

During the Mass, Father Litman said that: “Jesus comes to us in the Eucharist. Bread and wine are presented at the altar, so we ask God Our Father to send His Holy Spirit, and they become the Body and Blood of Christ, to be our nourishment. It is not any bread, it is Jesus that stays to be with us”.

After the Mass, and before the Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Father Litman renewed the consecration of the Parish and renewed the enthronement of the Image of Our Lady.

To make the celebration complete, more than 250 faithful consecrated their families to the Two Hearts whilst reading the Mission´s prayers with faith and devotion. The celebration ended with a procession of the Image of Our Lady inside the chapel while Father Litman blessed the people with holy water.
