In order to honor LIFE from its conception, the Mission for the love of God Worldwide joined the activities of the "40 Days for Life" organized by the Archbishopric of Lima.
Shortly before 7:00pm on Wednesday September 26th, members of the mission were present at the Central Mass at the parish of Santa Rosa de Lima in Lince, presided by Father Luis Gaspar, episcopal vicar of Pastoral and Evangelization of the Archdiocese of Lima.
Afterwards, a pilgrimage started by praying the Holy Rosary towards the park in front of the parish Mary Mother of the Church. Av Gregorio Escobedo Cuadra 8, residential San Felipe, Jesús María. The mission was present at the vigil from 2am to 4am of September 27th.
On October 23rd , another vigil took place in which members of the mission participated from 5pm to 11pm. Members of the prayer cenacles of the mission attended this vigil, including the Sisters of the Constitutional District of Callao who joined in prayer to defend life. The mission brought live music to enhance the prayers during the vigil.
On November 2nd , the last vigil took place from 5pm to 11pm to pray for the rights of the unborn. Echoing the archbishop's message: "To be the voice of those who have no voice." It was a great gift from heaven to count with the members of a monastic community, who carried the Most Blessed Sacrament during the vigil to adore Our Lord.
On November 4, the closing of these activities took place, starting with a rosary at 10am and culminating with the Holy Mass celebrated by Cardinal Juan Luis Cipriani, Primate of Peru.
